Recreational Experiences Linking Adults & Teens Environmentally
The R.E.L.A.T.E. program matches five adult role models to five teenagers of the same gender, to provide youth with a week-long wilderness backpacking or canoeing experience. The activity promotes self-awareness and self-sufficiency, while building team skills and relationships between a caring adult and teen. NRF funds will be matched by Keen Footwear and Big City Mountaineer’s Change a Life Campaign.
