Youth Gardening and Nutrition Initiative

The Youth Garden and Nutrition Initiative will work with at-risk inner-city youth to provide information about healthy lifestyles and better nutrition, while actively engaging them in community gardening for both higher quality foods and increased physical activity. NRF funding will help support the first year’s pilot phase.
